Course description

A comprehensive course aimed at fundraisers, insight analysts and anyone using data and insight in fundraising. Topics covered: Essential fundraising KPIs, conducting fair fundraising tests, the dangers of using average gift and ROI as KPIs, identifying outliers, significance testing, t-tests, confidence levels, building and interpreting supporter profiles, applications of geo-demographic overlays and measuring supporter engagement.
This is a practical course and you will need to have your own laptop with MS Word and Excel installed.  Sample data and all course material will be provided on the day by the course trainer.
